Well I have always said that there is no reason to skip breakfast. But for some reason there are millions of Americans every where that always keep up this bad habit. They skip the first meal of the day. Well apparently that is a lot worse for you than you think. It actually increases your risk of heart attack by over twenty five percent according to research. I always knew breakfast was important. Now it is just that much more important do to this research. Apparently it is pretty bad for women as well. You can actually read up on all the research here.
