I know it sounds crazy but can your cardio routine contribute to your body fat percentage increasing? Well it can if the circumstances are right. It is like I have been saying all along. Muscle burns calories just sitting around. Yes I do endurance training for my heart and lungs but I do not over do it. Less muscle less metabolism.
