How to find the best gym.

There are a lot of gyms to choose from. So how do you know where to go? Do you go with the cheapest? If you do they will kick you out for dropping the dumbells or getting to motivated. The most expensive is probably a waste of money. So what do you do? Do what you want. What is that supposed to mean?  I mean just what I said. Find a gym that fills your fitness goals. If you want to do strong man. Find a strong man gym. If you like crosfit find a cross fit gym. If you are a bodybuilder go to a bodybuilding gym. What ever you are be a good one. In order to be a better one. Find the right gym for you. That is what you need. Don't cheat yourself by counting on over or underpriced facilities. Simply find out what works for you and use it.

Why your fitness tracker could be a waste!

Your fitness tracker could be a waste of time and money. A new study has shown some of them to be as much as 40 percent off the mark. That is a large percentage of difference. The study did not mention which trackers where teasted. I am sure some are more accurate than others. My advice stick to what works. Use a good one as a guide.

FDA approves hunger pace maker for the obese!

There is now a hunger blocking pace maker available. Instead of shocking the heart it blocks hunger signals from the stomach to the brain. They are using it on obese and unhealthy. It is crazy in my opinion. But if that is what it takes to be healthy for some reason so be it. I am not sure if mechanical starvation is "healthy "I think these people should be given only healthy choices and pushed into healthy habits instead of starvation.

What is bullet proof coffee?

So I was talking with a friend about the bullet proof coffee. I had no idea what the heck that was. I did some research and found out that it was a special type and process of making coffee. What I found interesting was the way the "bullet proof "coffee was made. What they do is mix fats with the coffee and then blend them together.  So what is so different from mixing your normal coffee ingredients with a spoon? There are fats in that to right. Well the difference is in the way the fats and caffeine in the coffee interact. When blended this causes an emulsification process between the two. The result is a stable release of the caffeine and an avoidance of the "crash". The other part about coffee selection is not as important as the process itself in my opinion. As long as you use good coffee you should be fine. The fats are dairy and MCT'S. The MCT'S are from coconut oil.
