Have you ever seen somebody with those flabby arms? They have what is called "teacher arms" I am guessing there is a reason why they are not called "coach arms" Right? Sure there is a reason the coach is probably a lot more active and able to keep up his muscle tone. He will also keep down his body fat this way as well. Any way the way you can loose these arms is the same as everything else. It all starts with loosing the body fat. This is just another storage area for your body to store fat. So what you have to do first is get rid of that extra storage. I suggest doing this progressively if you are extremely overweight as it will help your body to adjust. The second thing that needs to be done is to maintain that muscle while you burn the fat. This can be achieved by maintaining a good resistance training program while burning off that fat.
