Well here we go again another study showing what a lot of us already know. The Canadian Medical Association found zinc is good for fighting colds and recovery. If you train and don't take ZMA your are missing out. One of the main ingredients in ZMA is zinc. So not only is it good for recovery but it will also help to keep you from getting sick. I always like it when the science repeats itself. It is just more evidence to back up what some people call Bro science or whatever is not concretely proven yet. So go get some ZMA to help keep you healthy and get up those recovery times.

X-Men no X- Man Train like a mutant!!!
You have to attack your training and keep at it day after day to get to your sweet success. The only way to do this is to be tenacious and just keep on pushing your limits. Just like some sort of super mutant freak!! How else will you stand apart? Oh you could try to get on a bunch of drugs and sell out. I would not recommend this!!! It is against the actual "healthy" living and lifestyle which makes you a hypocrite. It all starts with your mind. People tell me every day that I am crazy, why do I keep on going? You should quit ect. I am different from these people. They do not understand the mentality that I have and I do not understand theirs. I am truly different like a mutant. With consistency and time success will come. So strengthen your mind body and your will. In the end you will succeed. Make sure to be through and keep track of everything along the way. This will help you stay on track with nutrition and your workouts. Keep posted with the training news we will help you reach success.
Arnold going under cover at Golds Gym Venice!!!
This is a funny cool video of Arnold going under cover at golds gym Venice beach. He is trying to gain awareness to after school programs. It is some gym humor I think you will enjoy. It is amazing how he can carry on and still be inspirational and funny all this time. He gets my respect for just being Arnold totally awesome.

I love this guy he is so inspirational and no nonsense. Thia is one of his videos on over training. I totally agree with him. Yes there is science involved in training but don't try to always find stupid short cuts.I hope I have that drive and focus when I am his age still.

Stress loves company and it feeds on your health!!
So I just got done with my last meal for today. I had turkey and green beans. Some people find it stressful to make meals. I don't think it's stressful I actually enjoy to make my own meals because I know what I'm going to get out of my meals. I know that I will be able to get all the protein I need to continue training properly. I think there's many things to be said about stressing and training. Just trying to fix the fact that stress can destroy your training and help you avoid the pitfalls of stress. One must not stress too much. If you choose to hang out with people that cause you stress you're going to stress and you also suffer the consequences stressing. Instead of choosing to hang out with people that cause stress you should choose to hang out with people that do not cause stress and for you will have better potential to reach your training goals. That is another factor that you can control in your life just like your diet and training. If you do not believe me look up the stress hormone cortisol. If you can control these factors it will increase your potential for better training better results. If you think you can't bring me a bucket of stress. So don't become company with people who are energy vampires and want to drag you down keep you focused on negativity. Stick with your goals and stay positive calm throughout your pursuit whatever it may be and it will make your goal much easier to attain. So stress loves company then just don't give it any and continue to pursue your goals and hang out positive good people it'll help you take your goals to a new level. What is the cheapest fat burner? It is free belive it or not!
Many people keep asking me how to burn fat and what needs to be done to accomplish this task in their life. So I tell them about the benefits of cardio and when to do it for maximum effect. But there is one ingredient that many people forget and do not consider in their training regiments. That ingredient is water. I know you are probably thinking what the heck does he mean water. Here is the deal your body holds a lot of fluid. It is mostly make of water. If your body is not getting enough water and you are dehydrated you will suffer. Your body will not recuperate from training and your muscle gain/ weight loss goals cannot be met. So what do you do then go to the gym and drink an entire gallon of water as you work out? Heck no. Think of this as a daily thing you should during your goal of water through out the day this will keep your body hydrated once it is hydrated it will loose a lot of the fluid that it is holding. Once this happens it will put your metabolism in a good state to continue to gain muscle and burn fat because you are no longer dehydrated. Water the most over looked fat burning tool on the planet. Myostatin inhibitors product review and explanation
I recently wrote an article about myostatin inhibitors and felt that I needed to write a second article to clarify some things. I listed the two different products for this and explained the types of compounds that they use to inhibit the myostatin. As far as the folistatin oral products go I am very skeptical still of these products and still think that the body breaks down all of the protein into amino acids therefore making the globular protein just another source of protein and not viable inhibitor. The other product however (cystoseria canariensis)therte have been several products containing this extract (Myostim, FRACTION-C™, MYOZAP™ and CSP3™ to name a few. I did try the myostim product by Champion Nutrition. I did feel a good pump but the product also contained some other ingredients that were not inhibitors. I am still not sure if it as the combination or just the inhibitor that were causing these pumps. None the less the product did show some pretty good results for me. I think these effects may be because of the other ingredients or maybe some sort of placebo effect. As I said in my previous post the sceince does not lie and it says in the body the subjects tested had no decrease in myostatin levels. So before you go and burn your hard earned cash on such things as I did in the past do your homework.
