Using apps to further advance your training
A lot of people use various types of things to track their own personal progress in there programs. The way this is being done has been changed forever. The reason is because of smartphones. They combine everything. All of the stats put everywhere at once. Your music, gym log training plan and calendar all in one place. My favorite app is called bodyspace. It is free and will sync with your body space account online and update. I have attached a video showing the application.
