This is the number one question by most adult men who attempt to burn fat. The truth is that it depends on several factors like many things. The first factor that needs to be considered is the speed at which you want to loose fat. If you are in a "rush" per say then you will need to understand some things. Extreme results call for extreme measures. It is not as bad as stitching a plastic square patch to your tongue. But if you are starving yourself you have to understand your body has to get protein and nutrients (calories) from somewhere. So if that means it has to waste your muscle tissue as said calories than your body will use this resource. It will always use the fat first. But it does this in a cycle. It doesn't spend all of the fat or all of the muscle at any one time. Your body rotates like a person eating at a buffet. The problem with doing it too fast is that your body will be consuming everything if you eat nothing. Like the guy who is starving at the buffet and keeps piling on the food. This is why I think that timing is everything when it comes to dieting and doing cardio. So many things in life are based on timing and this is no different. So I would ditch the extreme approaches and go with a steadier approach to your goals for success. Don't forget to subscribe so you can follow us. Thanks.

Crazy diet fads!! Tongue patch!?
I mean seriously what is with these people. They would rather have a plastic patch surgically attached to their tongue than use there own will power to workout and eat right. What the heck is going on with people. I am waiting for the first news story about someone chocking to death on their patch. Then they will sue because they didn't know. What doctor in his right mind thinks this is a reasonable approach. Like I said hard work and exercise change your life style people. Do not sew a plastic patch to your tongue. This is truly a generation of lazy people with no will power. Look inside yourself for strength if you cant then get some help to get motivated for Gods sake. Do some cardio and eat healthy. Don't act like it is serious and just give in because they are talented players that is not good. What do you think? Dont forget to subscribe so you can follow us. Thanks. Here is the original story.

Major League Baseball is expected to announce suspensions stemming from its investigation of players associated with South Florida anti-aging clinic Biogenesis and performance enhancing drugs, according to CBSSports.com.
Players have until Sunday to accept their suspensions from the league. Most teams will have 50 games left in the season by early next week and Monday is a travel day for 12 teams. Therefore, suspended players on teams with off days would not have to travel. Eight players, including New York Yankees catchers Francisco Cervelli and Jesus Montero, and Texas Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz could receive 50-game suspensions that would essentially end their season. Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez may receive a much longer suspension because the league has said it has evidence that he tried to interfere with its investigation. Milwaukee Brewers third baseman Ryan Braun is serving a 65-game suspension.

MMA Weekly – 2 hours 31 minutes ago
UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo puts his belt on the line against Chan Sung Jung (aka the Korean Zombie) at UFC 163 on Saturday night in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
First, Aldo, Jung, and the rest of the fighters had to make weight on Friday at the HSBC Arena.
The champion and the challenger must weigh-in on weight or below to make a title bout official, and neither“No matter what people might think, I’m confident in my ability to win,” said Jung after stepping off the scale.
The champion wasn’t lacking for confidence either.
“I feel more confident with the crowd because the push me forward all the time,” said Aldo about fighting in front of his home country fans. “I don’t care what (Korean Zombie) is doing, how he’s training. I can’t be beaten here at home.”
Lyoto Machida and Phil Davis square off in the night’s co-main event in a pivotal light heavyweight bout, the winner making a strong claim for a title shot.
Machida and Davis each stepped on the scale at 205 pounds even.
The only fighter having difficulty making weight was John Lineker, whose flyweight fight with Jose Maria Tome is supposed to kick of the UFC
163 pay-per-view. He stepped on the scale at 129 pounds. Lineker was
given two hours to try and cut down to the 126-pound limit for their

What is the glycemic index?
I don't think too many people actually understand what the glycemic index has to do with them gaining fat. Well there are plenty of things that is has to do with our training and your diet. The first thing that should be noted is the ranking on the list of the carbohydrate in question. The more glycemic on the list the more insulin sensitive the carb is. If the carb is more simple and closer to a simple sugar than you will get a strong insulin release from the consumption of it. This is great to replace the glycogen that your body has burned during your workout but not so good if you are going to sleep. Your body will convert a lot of the sugar into fat. This is where the glycemic index can come into play. You simply change the kind of carbs that you eat at the time of day. Personally I do not eat any type of carbs at all after 6. That is because that fits my schedule. The only exception I have to this rule is if I am forced to train later in the day and then I will only consume sugary carbs to replace glycogen quickly. The problem with eating sugary cards or high glycemic carbs all the time is the insulin release. Insulin will make you store more fat than anything else in your body. So earlier in the day the low glycemic carbs are good and later in the day you should only consume the simple carbs just after your workout and that is it. The index simply lists these carbohyrates in order of how simple they are. This is gauged by there insulin response by your body. So if you use it to your advantage it can help you a lot. How to really lose those flabby arms!
Have you ever seen somebody with those flabby arms? They have what is called "teacher arms" I am guessing there is a reason why they are not called "coach arms" Right? Sure there is a reason the coach is probably a lot more active and able to keep up his muscle tone. He will also keep down his body fat this way as well. Any way the way you can loose these arms is the same as everything else. It all starts with loosing the body fat. This is just another storage area for your body to store fat. So what you have to do first is get rid of that extra storage. I suggest doing this progressively if you are extremely overweight as it will help your body to adjust. The second thing that needs to be done is to maintain that muscle while you burn the fat. This can be achieved by maintaining a good resistance training program while burning off that fat. So you think that Hugh Jackman is all Computer generated as the wolverine huh. That has to be airbrushed right? Wrong he actually trains very hard according to this recent news story. They even show him training in the gym. Good job man! I hope you continue to train your entire life with out fail. This just proves that with hard work and consistency you can achieve amazing things. So all you haters out there that don't believe that you can achieve things in the gym without some sort of fake edge can take note in this story! Don't forget to subscribe or follow us. Thanks. The news story is bellow.

Hugh Jackman Has Been Building a Better Wolverine … for More Than a Year
By Mark Deming | Movie Talk – 17 hours ago
Hugh Jackman takes to Twitter, left, to prove his ongoing Wolverine prowess (@RealHughJackman/20th Century Fox …
He keeps going and going ...
Anyone who thinks being a movie star isn't hard work should spend some time with Hugh Jackman. The 44-year-old tour de force has been spending some serious time at the gym — for more than a year, now — for his seemingly never-ending Wolverine role.He keeps going and going ...
Jackman tweeted a picture of himself dead lifting what looks to be more than 300 pounds of iron in training for Wolverine's next "X-Men" adventure.
And that bar sure looks to be having some trouble handling all that weight!
Not long after wrapping production on "The Wolverine"
late last year, Jackman made his way onto the set of "X-Men: Days of
Future Past" this spring — reprising, yet again, his grimacing,
steel-clawed character. Add to that all the weight he dropped for "Les
Miserables" and you've got a Jackman who has been putting his body
through the wringer for many months on end — 18 on our count.
When Jackman jumped into his workout for "The Wolverine" last summer,
he was eager for advice. He recently revealed that he turned to
Hollywood's favorite wrestler-turned-franchise-saver, Dwayne "The Rock"
Johnson. "I rang him, and I said, 'Mate, the Rock! Hey buddy, I need
some tips! I lost some weight on "Les Miz," and I need to really bulk
up, get in shape,'" Jackman said during a red carpet interview for the
premiere of "The Wolverine." "He said, 'Here's the deal. Three hours a
day in the gym, six hours in calories, eating really lean, and you're
going to do that for a minimum of six months.' So I signed up and I did
it, and let me tell you, the Rock is crazy! That is insane! But I did
it, the results are there."
Jackman and his trainer devised an exercise routine
built around cardio and lots of weight training, particularly barbell
bench lifts, back squats, pull ups, and deadlifts that not only build
muscle but give his body the definition that suits a powerful,
steel-knuckled mutant. Jackman also went on a strict diet
to keep himself lean: oats and berries for breakfast, protein smoothies
after the first workout of the day, turkey and veggie stir fry for a
high-protein snack, chicken breast with snap peas and asparagus for
lunch, walnut trail mix for mid-afternoon snack, tuna steak with
broccoli and cauliflower for dinner, and another protein smoothie before
bedtime. No sweets, few carbs, and not a lot of variety for a few
months.
But anyone who has seen "The Wolverine" (in theaters now) can attest that the discipline paid off. Only trouble is, Jackman
has had to keep looking strong, as shooting on "X-Men: Days of Future
Past" is expected to last until September. And his latest bar bell photo
proves that Jackman isn't slacking off one bit.

Red Robin Berserker Burger for 'The Wolverine'
To help promote the new "X-Men"-related action opus, Red Robin has added a limited-run burger to their menu. And no, this is definitely NOT what Hugh ... more
Jackman had a very different body transformation challenge getting ready to play Jean Valjean
in "Les Miserables." The first scenes Jackman shot were set in prison,
when the one-time thief was starving, and Jackman began working out and
skipping meals to look appropriately skinny.
"[Valjean is] actually written as
an ox of a man, so I had to eat seven times a day with no carbohydrates,
but then you had the exercise," Jackman said late last year.
"I'd wake up and do 45 minutes of [cardio] on an empty stomach, eat
something, go to the gym, do a vocal warm-up, and then after lunch I'd
go back to the gym again. Otherwise, I'd just become skin and bones."
Jackman both fasted and stopped
drinking water to drop another ten pounds in the final days before
shooting the scenes of Valjean at his most desperate. Director Tom Hooper said,
"I was worried. I thought, 'This is probably the kind of thing I should
discourage.' I said, 'Have a sip of water.' But he was very
determined."
Jackman was able to bring himself
back to normal weight through the rest of the shoot, reflecting the ups
and downs of his character's luck. But after "Les Miz" wrapped, Jackman
dove head first into training for "The Wolverine" ... and he hasn't
stopped.
After this, maybe Jackman should
take a break and try booking a role where his character eats a nice
pizza every once in a while.
Randy Orton attacked by a fan in Cape Town, South Africa
This is crazy. Some nutty guy jumps up and attacks him from behind. This guy is lucky that he didn't beat the ever living crap out of him. I know a lot of people try to discredit wrestlers and say that they are fake. Well here is the deal they are still athletes and train very hard. They are stronger than some average Joe couch potato like this guy. This guy looks like nothing next to him. He hit him in the crotch are you serious! Way to go guy! What an idiot they should let Orton hit him back in his crotch and call it even.
